(Tannenbergallee 28, 14055 Berlin-Westend) INITIATIVE HOUSE MARLENE POELZIG The goal of the Initiative Haus Marlene Poelzig is to preserve the extraordinary building and unique monument to the history of female emancipation in architecture and to revive it as a place for female architects and builders to live and work, reflect and discuss together. THE VISION The House Marlene Poelzig is to become a place of international encounters as an artists' residency, where every year female scholarship holders reside. The residence keeps alive the memory of the architect Marlene Poelzig and at the same time promotes the equality of women in building and building culture. The exhibition is a collaboration of the Department of History + Theory of Architecture Matthias Noell, Juliane Aleithe, Sarah Herfurth, Henrike Heuer with the initiative Haus Marlene Poelzig https://hausmarlenepoelzig.de
