fermentogo

The inspiration for fermentogo comes from a very personal space: our kitchen. It's the place where society is shaped and, in addition to the purpose of preparing food, it also has social and cultural significance. Food creates community and identity and is culturally very individual. And that's the same when it comes to fermentation. Fermentogo aims to bring people together and let them experience fermentation as a collaborative act of exchange and sharing.
*Reclaiming our food and our participation in cultivation is a means of cultural revival, taking action to break out of the confining and infantilizing dependency of the role of consumer (user), and taking back our dignity and power by becoming producers and creators.* (Sandor Ellix Katz)
